More than one hundred patients were seen each day at the clinic that he ran, which was called Vitreo-Retinal Consultants and was located in West Palm Beach, in the United States. He was arrested on 67 offenses, including theft from Medicare in the amount of $73 million, fabricating documents, submitting fake claims, and more.
