From Mumbai University, Rubika graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Media in Journalism. In 2003, she spent three months working as an anchor on Mumbai’s news channel 24. In 2005, Rubika obtained her diploma. After graduating, she looked for employment for roughly two years. In June 2007, she finally had the opportunity to work for Live India, and she remained there through September 2008.
When Rubika joined Channel News 24 as an anchor and senior reporter in 2008, her position shifted. Before accepting job offers from the well-known news network Zed News, she spent some time working for Channel News 24. She accepted the invitation to join Zed News and started working there. She hosted a show on this network called Taal Thok Ke that aired on Zed News. He gained notoriety as a result of a debating programme. While employed at Zed, Rubika had the opportunity to meet legendary journalist Sudhir Chaudhary, whom she saw as an inspiration. She had the chance to learn a lot about the journalism industry thanks to Sudhir. At Zed News, she had spent a significant portion of her formative years.
She has been employed by ABP News since August 2018. At this point, she began hosting the primetime programme “Master Stroke.” She joined the group of journalists who interviewed Prime Minister Narendra Modi in April 2019.
