Jerry Inzerillo worked as a kitchen and waitstaff member at La Perville and La Mer Caterers from 1967 until 1972. He became La Maison Restaurant manager for a year in 1972. From 1973 until 1976, he was Flamingo Las Vegas’ night auditor and manager. He was an Executive Assistant Manager at the New York Statler Hilton for three years, until 1979, after relocating there. He was an Executive Assistant Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach from 1979 until 1981.
Jerry was Four Seasons Hotel & Resort’s general manager for nearly six years, until 1987. From 1987 until 1991, he was Morgans Hotel Group president. Jerry became Sun City’s COO in 1991 and stayed until 1996. He was Kerzner International president from 1991 until 2011. IMG Artists CEO and President Jerry Inzerillo served from 2011 until 2014. He joined Forbes Travel Guide in 2014 and the Ad Diriyah Gate Development Authority in 2018.
