Nagar specialises in making roasting and comedy videos in Hindi as well as parodies and other types of humour. Nagar started uploading videos to YouTube when he was ten years old.2014 saw the launch of the AddictedA1 YouTube channel, where Nagar posted video game replays and commentary on them. He renamed the channel CarryDeol in 2015 and started uploading gameplay videos of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive while imitating Sunny Deol.

Controversy
In May 2020, Nagar posted a contentious YouTube video with the provocative title “YouTube Vs TikTok-The End” in response to a TikTok user named Amir Siddiqui’s Instagram post in which he criticised YouTube creators for mocking TikTok users. Based on numerous reports of harassment and cyberbullying, YouTube removed it, citing violations of its terms of service. LGBTQ+ activists had filed numerous reports regarding the video’s abusive homophobic or transphobic language.
Ajey Nagar received two strikes on his CarryMinati YouTube channel: the first came from a local Haryanvi singer named Bheem Narula, and the second came from the owner of the MovieTalkies YouTube channel. CarryMinati had created roast videos based on both of their videos. In fact, Bheem Narula demanded that Ajey pay him a sizeable sum of money in order to have his strike erased from Ajey’s video.
His business manager, Deepak Char, supports him. He received a Golden Play Button ring in May 2020 for YouTube.
