1994 was the year when Rano first opened his oil business, and the early 2000s saw the launch of his firm, AA Rano. Full-stream oil and gas operations are the focus of AARano Nigeria, a firm. The scope of the company’s operations includes oil exploration and lifting, storage and haulage of petroleum products, trade and importing of petroleum products, and wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum products such as PMS, DPK, AGO, and LPG.
We now have over 600 trucks and 115 retail shops spread all over Nigeria, and we are working to grow our retail network in order to supply customers with the highest possible quality goods at the most competitive pricing. It purchased a vessel, built a tank farm facility with a capacity of 56 million litres, and is currently in the process of constructing an LPG plant with a capacity of 20,000 metric tonnes in Lagos, Nigeria as part of its strategic business growth programme.
He is also a philanthropist and formed the AA Rano foundation, which is a non-profit organisation that focuses on community development programmes such as health, education, women’s empowerment, and many more. He has donated a significant amount of money to these causes.
